Our payment term is 30% deposit paid in advance, balance cleared before shipment. For a small amount less than 1000 USD, please pay a 100% deposit in advance to reduce the bank charge.

1)Yes, we can make the samples for you to check the quality and test the market.  The sample is free, and you just need to bear the freight cost. This charge will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.

2)Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange an RPI (remote pick-up) service with FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected, or inform us of your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight directly to your local carrier company.

All of our items will be strictly according to the FDA/LFGB regulations. But the fee for tests like FDA, LFGB, or Reach, etc., should be paid on your side.
